Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.ARTICOL UNIC La articolul 260 alineatul (1) din Legea nr. 53/2003 - Codul muncii, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 345 din 18 mai 2011, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, litera i) se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins: i)nerespectarea dispoziţiilor privind munca suplimentară, cu amendă de la 1.500 lei la 3.000 lei pentru fiecare persoană identificată ca prestând muncă suplimentară. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, în condiţiile art. 77 alin. (2), cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin.
