    Avand in vedere prevederile art. I alin. (4) al titlului II din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 184/2002 pentru modificarea si completarea Legii nr. 10/2001 privind regimul juridic al unor imobile preluate in mod abuziv in perioada 6 martie 1945 - 22 decembrie 1989, precum si pentru stabilirea unor masuri pentru accelerarea aplicarii acesteia si a Ordonantei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 94/2000 privind retrocedarea unor bunuri imobile care au apartinut cultelor religioase din Romania, aprobata cu modificari si completari prin Legea nr. 501/2002,
    in temeiul art. 50 din Legea nr. 101/1998 privind Statutul Bancii Nationale a Romaniei, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, si al art. 6 alin. (1) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 765/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea Institutului National de Statistica,

    guvernatorul Bancii Nationale a Romaniei si presedintele Institutului National de Statistica emit urmatorul ordin:
