privind aprobarea Listei tarifelor pentru depasirea limitelor maxime admise de
greutate si/sau gabarit de catre autovehicule inmatriculate in Romania

Ministrul lucrarilor publice, transporturilor si locuintei,
in temeiul prevederilor art. 41 alin. (3) lit. a) din Ordonanta Guvernului
nr. 43/1997 privind regimul drumurilor, aprobata prin Legea nr. 82/1998,
republicata, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, precum si ale art. 4
alin. (3) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 3/2001 privind organizarea si
functionarea Ministerului Lucrarilor Publice, Transporturilor si Locuintei,
emite urmatorul ordin:
Art. 1
Se aproba Lista tarifelor pentru depasirea limitelor maxime admise de
greutate si/sau gabarit de catre autovehicule inmatriculate in Romania,
prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
Art. 2
Regia Autonoma "Administratia Nationala a Drumurilor din Romania"
va aduce la indeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
Art. 3
Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.

*) Tarifele sunt calculate la cursul de schimb de 32.264 lei/USD (la
18.01.2002), care se indexeaza cu indicele rezultat din raportul
curs USD al zilei

*) Se aplica numai in cazul unor transporturi exceptionale, respectiv pe
trasee determinate numai in baza unui proiect de transport intocmit de catre o
unitate de specialitate agreata de A.N.D., iar in cazul celor depistate fara
autorizatie speciala de transport in parcurs pe reteaua rutiera interna si la
iesirea din Romania (in A.C.I. din P.C.T.F.) tariful dintre cele doua intervale
restrictive se va aplica majorat 100% .
