Văzând Referatul de aprobare al Direcţiei generale economice nr. 2.245 din 13 iulie 2012,în temeiul prevederilor art. 7 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul sănătăţii emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă tarifele pentru prestaţiile medicale acordate la cerere, contra cost, de către Institutul Naţional de Medicină Sportivă Bucureşti, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 2La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin se abrogă Ordinul ministrului sănătăţii nr. 467/2005 privind stabilirea tarifelor pentru prestaţiile medicale acordate la cerere, contra cost, de către Institutul Naţional de Medicină Sportivă Bucureşti, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 433 din 23 mai 2005. Articolul 3Institutul Naţional de Medicină Sportivă Bucureşti şi direcţiile de specialitate din Ministerul Sănătăţii vor duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
