    Ministrul sanatatii si familiei,
    avand in vedere prevederile art. 10 alin. (3) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 22/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Sanatatii si Familiei,
    emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba structura organizatorica a Secretariatului de Stat pentru Persoanele cu Handicap, conform anexei care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Directia generala management, resurse umane si concursuri, Directia generala a bugetului sanatatii si Secretariatul de Stat pentru Persoanele cu Handicap vor aduce la indeplinire dispozitiile prezentului ordin.
