În conformitate cu prevederile art. 35 alin. (1) şi art. 36 alin. (1), (5) şi (6) din Legea nr. 334/2006 privind finanţarea activităţii partidelor politice şi a campaniilor electorale, republicată, cu completările ulterioare, şi cu Planul de control pe anul 2011, aprobat de preşedintele Autorităţii Electorale Permanente, precum şi cu notificarea misiunii de control, în perioada 30 mai-15 iunie 2011 sa efectuat controlul finanţării Partidului Democrat Liberal - Organizaţia Sectorului 1 pentru anul 2010.Constatări:Ca urmare a verificărilor efectuate asupra documentelor contabile puse la dispoziţia echipei de control s-a constatat că veniturile Partidului Democrat Liberal - Organizaţia Sectorului 1 au fost obţinute din cotizaţiile membrilor de partid în sumă de 99.349,00 lei şi donaţii în sumă de 69.800,00 lei.În urma verificării modului de respectare a prevederilor Legii contabilităţii nr. 82/1991, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale Ordinului ministrului economiei şi finanţelor nr. 1.969/2007 privind aprobarea Reglementărilor contabile pentru persoane juridice fără scop patrimonial, cu modificările ulterioare, s-au constatat următoarele:– contabilitatea patrimoniului a fost organizată şi condusă cu respectarea normelor prevăzute pentru persoanele juridice fără scop patrimonial;

– balanţa de verificare a fost întocmită conform prevederilor art. 22 din Legea nr. 82/1991, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare.Inventarierea generală a elementelor de patrimoniu a fost efectuată în conformitate cu Normele privind organizarea şi efectuarea inventarierii elementelor de natura activelor, datoriilor şi capitalurilor proprii, aprobate prin Ordinul ministrului finanţelor publice nr. 2.861/2009. Partidul Democrat Liberal - Organizaţia Sectorului 1 nu are personalitate juridică, evidenţa contabilă fiind ţinută până la nivel de balanţă de verificare şi întocmirea bilanţului contabil şi a celorlalte situaţii financiare la 31 decembrie 2010 fiind realizată de organizaţia centrală a partidului. Nu au fost constatate deficienţe ce puteau fi sancţionate contravenţional.
