    In Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 142/1999 privind instituirea sistemului de plata pentru motorina, pe baza de bonuri valorice, in vederea infiintarii culturilor de cereale paioase si efectuarii araturilor din toamna anului 1999, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 481 din 5 octombrie 1999, se face urmatoarea rectificare:
      la alineatul (3) al articolului 5, in loc de: si calculeaza contravaloarea acestora, pe baza carora solicita Ministerului Finantelor sumele necesare in vederea achitarii catre Societatea Nationala a Petrolului "Petrom"   S.A. a contravalorii bonurilor valorice pentru motorina pana la data de 31 decembrie 1999 se va citi: , calculeaza contravaloarea acestora si o transmite Ministerului Finantelor pentru compensarea arieratelor Societatii Nationale a Petrolului "Petrom"   S.A., in limita sumei de 400 miliarde lei, pana la data de 31 decembrie 1999.
