    In Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 245/2000 privind stabilirea sistemului unitar de salarizare a functionarilor publici, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 640 din 8 decembrie 2000, se face urmatoarea rectificare:
      la art. 23 alin. (1), in loc de: ..., cu exceptia Presedintiei, Camerei Deputatilor, Senatului, Curtii Constitutionale... se va citi: ..., cu exceptia Presedintiei, Guvernului, Camerei Deputatilor, Senatului, Curtii Supreme de Justitie, Curtii Constitutionale...
