In preambulul Ordinului presedintelui Agentiei Nationale pentru Comunicatii si Informatica nr. 398/1999 privind aprobarea Procedurii de tarifare si a listei cuprinzand tarifele practicate de Regia Autonoma "Inspectoratul General al Comunicatiilor", in exercitarea atributiilor ce ii revin conform legislatiei in vigoare, publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 108 din 10 martie 2000, in loc de: in baza art. 24 alin. (1) si (5) din Legea telecomunicatiilor nr. 74/1996, se va citi: in baza art. 14 alin. (2) si art. 30 alin. (2) din Legea telecomunicatiilor nr. 74/1996.
