    Guvernul  Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 619 din 2 octombrie 1992, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 259 din 16 octombrie 1992, privind fuziunea societatilor comerciale "Electronica" - S.A. si "Electronica Service" - S.A. se abroga.
    Art. 2
    Societatea Comerciala "Electronica" - S.A. si Societatea Comerciala "Electronica Service" - S.A. functioneaza potrivit Hotararii Guvernului nr. 1224/1990, astfel cum a fost publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 13 bis din 21 ianuarie 1991.
