pentru modificarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 18/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Finantelor Publice

    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 18/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Finantelor Publice, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 12 din 10 ianuarie 2001, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. Alineatul (2) al articolului 7 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "(2) In directa subordonare a ministrului finantelor publice functioneaza Directia generala juridica, Unitatea de management a trezoreriei, Garda financiara, Directia generala de indrumare si control fiscal si Directia Generala a Vamilor."
    2. Anexa nr. 1 "Structura organizatorica a Ministerului Finantelor Publice" se modifica si se inlocuieste cu anexa la prezenta hotarare.
