În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICHotărârea Guvernului nr. 347/2003 privind restricţionarea introducerii pe piaţă şi a utilizării anumitor substanţe şi preparate periculoase, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 236 din 7 aprilie 2003, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se abrogă. Oare problemele reale de mediu, sunt importante doar cand se doreste sa se scoata bani de la contribuabilul de rand? Ce face Doamna Rovana Plumb in privinta acestei HG 662/2011, ca ne-a spus cu timbrul de mediu destul. Tot banul e la putere si la noii guvernanti de la care asteptam atat?

Cum s-a permis, in temeiul caror evaluari de pericol pentru sanatatea umana si a mediului, in general, a fost abrogata HG 347/2003, cu modificarile si completarile ei ulterioare? Care sunt reglementarile europene care au condus la HG 662/2011?
