zona de nord a municipiului Bucuresti obiect 5B - Extindere la patru benzi a
Centurii Rutiere a Municipiului Bucuresti pe sectorul cuprins intre km 2+400 si
intersectia cu DN 2"

In temeiul art. 108 din
Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 4 alin. (1) din Legea nr.
198/2004 privind unele măsuri prealabile lucrărilor de construcţie de
autostrăzi şi drumuri naţionale, cu modificările ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre.
Art. I. -Anexa nr. 2 la
Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.124/2007 privind declanşarea procedurilor de
expropriere a imobilelor proprietate privată situate pe amplasamentul lucrării
de utilitate publică „Fluidizare trafic pe DN 1 km 8+100 - km 17+100 şi Centura
rutieră în zona de nord a municipiului Bucureşti obiect 5B - Extindere la patru
benzi a Centurii Rutiere a Municipiului Bucureşti pe sectorul cuprins între km
2+400 şi intersecţia cu DN 2", publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României,
Partea I, nr. 657 din 26 septembrie 2007, cu completările ulterioare, se
completează cu poziţiile prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta
hotărâre.
Art. II. - (1) Se aprobă
suplimentarea sumei prevăzute ca justă despăgubire pentru imobilele ce
constituie amplasamentul lucrării de utilitate publică „Fluidizare trafic pe DN
1 km 8+100 - km 17+100 şi Centura rutieră în zona de nord a municipiului
Bucureşti obiect 5B - Extindere la patru benzi a Centurii Rutiere a Municipiului Bucureşti pe sectorul
cuprins între km 2+400 şi intersecţia cu DN 2" cu suma globală estimată de
22.805,63 mii lei, alocată prin bugetul Ministerului Transporturilor, în limita
prevederilor anuale aprobate prin Legea bugetului de stat pe anul 2008 nr.
388/2007, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 902 şi 902
bis din 31 decembrie 2007, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, la
capitolul 84.01 „Transporturi", titlul „ Alte transferuri", poziţia
"Investiţii ale agenţilor economici cu capital de stat".
(2) Suma prevăzută la alin. (1)
este aferentă imobilelor cuprinse în anexă.
Art. III. - Persoanele
fizice/juridice prevăzute în anexa la prezenta hotărâre vor depune cererile
pentru plata justei despăgubiri în termen de 30 de zile de la intrarea în
vigoare a prezentei hotărâri, în condiţiile legii.
