    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Prevederile art. 1 si 2 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 401/1998 privind acordarea unor reduceri la decontarea energiei electrice si termice livrate de Compania Nationala de Electricitate - S.A. agentilor economici, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 270 din 20 iulie 1998, se aplica in continuare pana la data de 1 noiembrie 1999.
    Celelalte prevederi ale Hotararii Guvernului nr. 401/1998 raman neschimbate si aplicabile.
