    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Societatile comerciale cu capital integral sau majoritar de stat, precum si regiile autonome vor aplica prevederile art. 15 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 412/1992 o data cu intrarea in vigoare a noii legi a amortizarii mijloacelor fixe.
    Art. 2
    In termen de 10 zile de la data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari, Ministerul Finantelor va elabora instructiuni privind inregistrarea in contabilitate a operatiunilor de reevaluare a fondurilor fixe.
