Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.ARTICOL UNICSe aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 130 din 28 decembrie 2010 pentru modificarea Legii farmaciei nr. 266/2008, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 890 din 30 decembrie 2010, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, cu următoarea modificare: – La articolul I punctul 2, articolul 42 se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 42Dispoziţiile art. 12 se aplică până la data de 31 decembrie 2014 inclusiv. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată. p.
