    In temeiul prevederilor art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei emite prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Articolul 41 din Legea bancara nr. 58/1998, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 121 din 23 martie 1998, cu modificarile ulterioare, se completeaza cu un alineat cu urmatorul cuprins:
    "Sucursalele din Romania ale bancilor straine pot majora capitalul de dotare si cu rezervele din influente de curs valutar aferente aprecierii disponibilitatilor in valuta reprezentand capital de dotare in valuta, in conditiile stabilite prin reglementarile Bancii Nationale a Romaniei."
