Văzând Referatul de aprobare nr. N.B. 8463 din 7 octombrie 2014 al Direcţiei politica medicamentului şi a dispozitivelor medicale,având în vedere prevederile art. 23 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 124/2013 privind aprobarea programelor naţionale de sănătate pentru anii 2013 şi 2014, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 7 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul sănătăţii emite următorul ordin: Articolul IOrdinul ministrului sănătăţii nr. 1.275/2011 privind aprobarea listelor şi preţurilor de decontare ale medicamentelor care se acordă bolnavilor în cadrul programelor naţionale de sănătate şi a metodologiei de calcul al acestora, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 609 şi 609 bis din 30 august 2011, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează: 1. Articolul 3 va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 3(1) Se aprobă Lista şi preţurile de decontare ale medicamentelor derivate din sânge uman sau plasmă umană care se acordă bolnavilor incluşi în programele naţionale de sănătate nominalizate prin hotărâre a Guvernului, în condiţiile legii, prevăzute în anexa nr. 3*).(2) Începând cu data de 1 ianuarie 2015, în anexa nr. 3 se includ numai medicamentele ale căror preţuri sunt prevăzute în Catalogul naţional al preţurilor medicamentelor de uz uman autorizate de punere pe piaţă în România. 2. În anexa nr. 2, la secţiunea P1 „Programul naţional de boli transmisibile“ litera A) „Subprogramul de tratament şi monitorizare a persoanelor cu infecţie HIV/SIDA şi tratamentul postexpunere“, poziţia 378 va avea următorul cuprins:
