Având în vedere dispoziţiile art. 9 lit. d) din Legea nr. 500/2002 privind finanţele publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul art. 7 alin. (4) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 30/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 15/2008, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul administraţiei şi internelor emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1(1) La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin, toate structurile Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor în cadrul cărora se exercită calitatea de ordonator de credite, precum şi Direcţia generală financiară din aparatul central al ministerului pentru activitatea proprie a ordonatorului principal de credite au obligaţia de a lua măsurile necesare pentru publicarea zilnică, pe pagina de internet proprie sau, după caz, pe pagina de internet a Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor, a informaţiilor privind plăţile efectuate în ziua precedentă, conform modelului prevăzut în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.(2) Publicarea informaţiilor prevăzute la alin. (1) se face numai pentru zilele în care s-au efectuat plăţi, în zilele lucrătoare următoare celor în care au avut loc plăţile.
