La art. I pct. 1 din Ordinul preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei nr. 105/2016 privind modificarea şi completarea Regulamentului pentru autorizarea persoanelor fizice care desfăşoară activităţi în sectorul gazelor naturale, aprobat prin Ordinul preşedintelui Autorităţii Naţionale de Reglementare în Domeniul Energiei nr. 83/2014, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.011 din 16 decembrie 2016, se face următoarea rectificare : – în tabelul nr. 3 din cuprinsul alin. (2) al art. 2, prima coloană „Tip autorizare/atestat" aferentă activităţii „Sisteme de transport al gazelor naturale (ST) şi sisteme de distribuţie a gazelor naturale (SDIP) şi sisteme de distribuţie închise ce funcţionează în regim de înaltă presiune (SDIIP) şi conducte de alimentare din amonte (CA) şi instalaţii tehnologice de suprafaţă aferente înmagazinării gazelor naturale (IM) şi instalaţii de utilizare a gazelor naturale ce funcţionează în regim de înaltă presiune (IUIP)" va fi alocată activităţii „Sisteme de distribuţie (SD), inclusiv sistemele de distribuţie închise (SDI) ce funcţionează în regim de medie, redusă şi joasă presiune şi instalaţii de producere/stocare biogaz/biometan (BG)".
