    In Legea nr. 178/2004 pentru modificarea si completarea Ordonantei Guvernului nr. 39/1996 privind infiintarea si functionarea Fondului de garantare a depozitelor in sistemul bancar, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 489 din 1 iunie 2004, se fac urmatoarele rectificari (care nu apartin Redactiei "Monitorul Oficial", Partea I):
    - la art. I pct. 4, referitor la alin. (2) al art. 4, in loc de: "...... anexa care face parte integranta din legea de aprobare a prezentei ordonante." se va citi "...... anexa care face parte integranta din ordonanta.";
    - la art. I pct. 17, referitor la alin. (3) al art. 16, in loc de: "Desemnarea institutiilor de credit ......" se va citi: "Desemnarea institutiilor de credit platitoare ......";
    - la art. I pct. 24, referitor la alin. (7) al art. 26, in loc de: "...... directorului general executiv ......" se va citi: "...... directorului general ......";
      la anexa, la pct. 1, in loc de "...... institutia de credit in faliment ......" se va citi: "...... institutia de credit ......";
      la anexa, la pct. 11, in loc de: "...... institutia de credit declarata in stare de faliment" se va citi: "...... institutia de credit".
