În cuprinsul Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 420/2018 privind modificarea şi completarea Normelor metodologice pentru punerea în aplicare a prevederilor Legii nr. 152/1998 privind înfiinţarea Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Locuinţe, aprobate prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 962/2001, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 511 din 21 iunie 2018, se face următoarea rectificare : – la articolul unic, pct. 34 [cu referire la art. 193 alin. (62) teza a doua din norme], în loc de: „..., precum şi ziua îndeplinirii obligaţiei de plată a chiriei,..." se va citi: „..., precum şi ziua îndeplinirii obligaţiei de plată a sumelor obţinute din vânzarea locuinţelor, inclusiv ratele lunare,...".
