În temeiul art. 5 alin. (1) lit. c) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 24/2011 privind unele măsuri în domeniul evaluării bunurilor, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 99/2013,Conferinţa naţională a Asociaţiei Naţionale a Evaluatorilor Autorizaţi din România adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1(1) Se aprobă următoarele standarde de evaluare:a)Standardele internaţionale de evaluare IVS (International Valuation Standards), ediţia 2011, traduse în limba română de S.C. IROVAL - CERCETĂRI ÎN EVALUARE - S.R.L.; b)ghidurile de evaluare, editate de către S.C. IROVAL - CERCETĂRI ÎN EVALUARE - S.R.L., compuse din:b.1) ghidurile de evaluare (GE), care cuprind:

(i) Ghidul de evaluare GE 1 „Verificarea evaluărilor“;
(ii) Ghidul de evaluare GE 2 „Evaluarea proprietăţii imobiliare generatoare de afaceri“;
(iii) Ghidul de evaluare GE 3 „Evaluarea proprietăţilor din industria extractivă“;
(iv) Ghidul de evaluare GE 4 „Consideraţii privind implicaţiile substanţelor periculoase şi toxice în evaluare“;
(v) Ghidul de evaluare GE 5 „Estimarea valorii de asigurare“;

b.2) Glosarul IVS 2011. (2) Standardele de evaluare prevăzute la alin. (1) sunt obligatorii pentru desfăşurarea activităţii de evaluare. Articolul 2(1) Prezenta hotărâre se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.(2) La data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri, Hotărârea Conferinţei naţionale a Asociaţiei Naţionale a Evaluatorilor Autorizaţi din România nr. 3/2012 privind aprobarea standardelor de evaluare obligatorii pentru membrii Uniunii Naţionale a Evaluatorilor Autorizaţi din România, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 369 din 31 mai 2012, îşi încetează aplicabilitatea.Preşedintele Asociaţiei Naţionale a Evaluatorilor Autorizaţi din România, Marian Petre
