    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se aproba, prin derogare de la prevederile art. 5 alin. 1 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 594/1991 privind verificarea indeplinirii conditiilor tehnice de catre autovehiculele si remorcile acestora care circula pe drumurile publice, introducerea si inmatricularea, pentru prima data in Romania, a unui numar de 20 autocamioane trimise de Guvernul Landului Renania de Nord - Westfalia, cu titlu de ajutor umanitar judetului Timis.
    Prevederile privind omologarea pentru circulatia pe drumurile publice, prin Registrul auto roman, se aplica in mod corespunzator.
