HOTARARE   Nr. 195 din 23 aprilie 1992

pentru modificarea si completarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 1199/1990 privind infiintarea Regiei Autonome de Electricitate "Renel"

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Pe data prezentei hotarari art. 2 al Hotararii Guvernului nr. 1199/1990 se modifica si se completeaza cu obiectul de activitate al Regiei Autonome "Romag Drobeta" care trece in componenta Regiei Autonome de Electricitate "Renel".
    Regia Autonoma "Romag Drobeta" se reorganizeaza ca filiala a lui "Renel" - R.A., sub denumirea "Romag Drobeta" -  Filiala  "Renel", conform art. 9 din Regulamentul de organizare si functionare a Regiei Autonome de Electricitate "Renel" (anexa nr. 2 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1199/1990).
    Art. 2
    Patrimoniul Regiei Autonome de Electricitate "Renel" si anexa nr. 1 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1199/1990 se modifica si se completeaza prin preluarea activului si pasivului Regiei Autonome "Romag Drobeta", pe baza bilantului acesteia la data de 31.03.1992.
    Art. 3
    Organizarea si desfasurarea activitatii "Romag Drobeta" - Filiala "Renel" si a organelor sale de conducere se infaptuiesc in conformitate cu regulamentul de organizare si functionare propriu, care va fi intocmit si aprobat de Consiliul de administratie al Regiei Autonome de Electricitate "Renel".
    Art. 4
    Ministerul Industriei, Regia Autonoma de Electricitate "Renel" si Regia Autonoma "Romag Drobeta" vor aduce la indeplinire prevederile prezentei hotarari.
    Art. 5
    Pe data prezentei, Hotararea Guvernului Romaniei nr. 147/1991 privitoare la infiintarea Regiei Autonome "Romag Drobeta" se abroga.
