    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Hotarirea Guvernului nr. 144/1991 privind plata fondului de participare si a fondului de premiere pe anul 1990 se modifica si se completeaza dupa cum urmeaza:
    Art. 1. va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 1
    Salariatii unitatilor economice vor putea beneficia de fondul de participare la beneficii constituit potrivit reglementarilor in vigoare in anul 1990. Sumele ce pot fi platite din acest fond nu pot depasi 5% din profitul net realizat de unitate in anul 1990".
    Art. 5 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 5
    Repartizarea pe salariati a fondului de participare la beneficii si respectiv a fondului de premiere anuala se face de catre consiliile de administratie ale unitatilor economice, respectiv de catre organele de conducere ale institutiilor bugetare pe baza criteriilor stabilite de acestea".
