    Prevederile anexei la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 98/1996 - publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 45 din 5 martie 1996 - pentru completarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 953/1995 privind exceptarea temporara de la plata taxelor vamale a unor produse din import - publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei Partea I, nr. 283 din 7 decembrie 1995 - se completeaza cu pozitia tarifara 8477.30.00 - Masini de formare prin suflare, in limita unui contingent valoric de 2,8 milioane dolari, prin diminuarea corespunzatoare a pozitiei tarifare Ex. 8422.30.00 - Masini si aparate pentru umplut, etichetat si capsulat sticle PET pentru uleiuri vegetale si pentru industria farmaceutica.
