    Prevederile anexei la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 98/1996 - publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 45 din 5 martie 1996 - pentru completarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 953/1995 privind exceptarea temporara de la plata taxelor vamale a unor produse din import - publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 283 din 7 decembrie 1995 - se majoreaza, la pozitia tarifara 8465.92.00 - Masini de indreptat sau de rabotat; masini de frezat sau de modelat (prin taiere), in limita unui contingent valoric de 1,2 milioane dolari.
