În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul IAnexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 203/2011 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului privind modul de alocare, acordare şi justificare a transferurilor de la bugetul de stat pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor necesare desfăşurării activităţilor reglementate prin Legea îmbunătăţirilor funciare nr. 138/2004, altele decât irigaţiile, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 178 din 14 martie 2011, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: 1. La articolul 2, alineatul (10) se abrogă. 2. La articolul 2, alineatul (11) se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins:(11) Pentru activităţile desfăşurate după semnarea contractelor de exploatare, întreţinere şi reparaţii privind amenajările de îmbunătăţiri funciare, altele decât irigaţiile, Administraţia va solicita fonduri Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale conform anexei nr. 3. 3. La anexele nr. 2 şi 2a, punctul II , după subpunctul 2 se introduce un nou subpunct, subpunctul 21, cu următorul cuprins:
„21 65. ALTE CHELTUIELI DE EXPLOATARE“

Articolul IIAdministraţia Naţională a Îmbunătăţirilor Funciare R.A. va solicita fonduri Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale pentru activităţile desfăşurate până la semnarea contractelor de exploatare, întreţinere şi reparaţii privind amenajările de îmbunătăţiri funciare, altele decât irigaţiile, referitoare la cheltuielile prevăzute la art. 42 alin. (4) din Legea îmbunătăţirilor funciare nr. 138/2004, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, potrivit anexei nr. 2 la Regulamentul privind modul de alocare, acordare şi justificare a transferurilor de la bugetul de stat pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor necesare desfăşurării activităţilor reglementate prin Legea îmbunătăţirilor funciare nr. 138/2004, altele decât irigaţiile, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 203/2011, dar nu mai târziu de 30 septembrie 2011.
