    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta lege.

    Art. 1
    Prevederile articolului 67 alineatul 2 din Legea gospodariei comunale nr. 4/1981 se modifica si vor avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Intirzierea in achitarea sumelor datorate dupa expirarea termenului de plata atrage majorari de 0,5 la suta pentru fiecare zi de intirziere; valoarea penalitatilor nu va depasi cuantumul debitului."
    Art. 2
    Prezenta lege intra in vigoare la data de 1 ianuarie 1991.

    Aceasta lege a fost adoptata de Adunarea Deputatilor in sedinta din 26 noiembrie 1990.

    In temeiul art. 82 lit. m) din Decretul-lege nr. 92/1990 pentru alegerea parlamentului si a Presedintelui Romaniei, promulgam Legea pentru modificarea Legii gospodariei comunale nr. 4/1981 si dispunem publicarea sa in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei.
