In temeiul art. 48 din Legea nr. 312/2004 privind Statutul Băncii Naţionale a României,

Banca Naţională a României emite prezentul ordin.

Articol unic. - Ordinul Băncii Naţionale a României nr. 7/2006 privind procedurile de lucru pentru derularea operaţiunilor cu certificate de depozit emise de Banca Naţională a României, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 861 din 20 octombrie 2006, se modifică după cum urmează:

-  La articolul 1, litera a) va avea următorul cuprins:

,,a) certificatele de depozit se pot emite lunar, în conformitate cu obiectivele de politică monetară ale Băncii Naţionale a României."
