    avand in vedere dispozitiile art. 43 alin. (2) din Normele metodologice de aplicare a Legii viei si vinului in sistemul organizarii comune a pietei vitivinicole nr. 244/2002, aprobate prin Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.134/2002,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 362/2002 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Agriculturii, Alimentatiei si Padurilor, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, si al Hotararii Guvernului nr. 22/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Sanatatii si Familiei, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    ministrul agriculturii, alimentatiei si padurilor si ministrul sanatatii si familiei emit urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba notificarea metodelor comunitare de analiza aplicabile in sectorul vinului si a metodelor STAS romanesti pentru analiza vinurilor, care sunt utilizate exclusiv in laboratoarele acreditate si/sau autorizate din Romania, prezentate in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Prin aplicarea metodelor de analiza prezentate in anexa se asigura respectarea principiilor de repetabilitate si reproductibilitate a rezultatelor caracteristice compozitiei fizice si chimice a vinurilor.
    Art. 3
    Metodele de analiza efectuate automat sunt admise numai cu conditia ca exactitatea, repetabilitatea si reproductibilitatea rezultatelor sa fie echivalente cu cele obtinute prin metodele de analiza prezentate in anexa.
    Art. 4
    Metodele STAS romanesti sunt armonizate cu metodele comunitare de analiza aplicabile in sectorul vinului, adoptate prin Regulamentul CEE nr. 2.676/1990.
    Art. 5
    Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
