    In temeiul art. 107 din Constitutie,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Termenul de intrare in vigoare a Hotararii Guvernului nr. 1.103/2002 privind unele masuri de comercializare a produselor alimentare ambalate sau preambalate si a produselor nealimentare in cadrul altor spatii decat cele cu destinatie prestabilita, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 758 din 17 octombrie 2002, se proroga pana la data de 31 martie 2003.
