Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.ARTICOL UNIC La articolul 41 din Legea recunoştinţei pentru victoria Revoluţiei Române din Decembrie 1989, pentru revolta muncitorească anticomunistă de la Braşov din noiembrie 1987 şi pentru revolta muncitorească anticomunistă din Valea Jiului - Lupeni - august 1977 nr. 341/2004, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 654 din 20 iulie 2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, după alineatul (3) se introduce un nou alineat, alineatul (4), cu următorul cuprins:
(4) Indemnizaţia lunară reparatorie prevăzută pentru beneficiarii ale căror certificate au fost preschimbate se acordă la cerere, începând cu luna următoare celei în care a fost depusă la Secretariatul de Stat documentaţia care a stat la baza preschimbării certificatului. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
