    In temeiul prevederilor art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei emite urmatoarea ordonanta de urgenta:

    Accizele pentru produsele petroliere, prevazute la pozitiile nr. 9, 10 si 11 din lista-anexa nr. 1 la Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 82/1997 privind regimul accizelor si al altor taxe indirecte, astfel cum au fost modificate prin Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 35/1998, se stabilesc dupa cum urmeaza:
